Artificial Intelligence (AI) is actually revolutionizing the entrepreneurial environment in India and is a strong driver of innovation and new ventures. It is democratizing access by making startups and small businesses have access to complex, but inexpensive data analytics, customer service, and operational automation systems, which further lowers traditional barriers to entry. In addition to improving the already existing businesses, AI is giving rise to whole new entrepreneurial activities in key industries. The application of AI in agriculture is in precision farming and supply chain management, whereas in healthcare, AI-enhanced diagnostics are reducing the access gap of specialists in remote locations. Adaptive learning and alternative credit scoring are being used by the EdTech and FinTech industries to promote inclusivity and individualization. It is facilitated by an active startup ecosystem and government policies, such as the National Strategy of AI. Nevertheless, AI based entrepreneurship has challenges such as a substantial knowledge divide, privacy issues and implementation is expensive to SME. Regardless of such challenges, AI will likely become one of the main drivers of economic development in India, building scalable and meaningful enterprises that will meet the demands of the business world and the community, and will cement the individual in the digital economy.
